Publisher 4.03 and Windows 7

Hi
Installed Publisher 4.03 on new computer running Windows 7 Home Premium. When I launch program I get error message :
" Unable to complete OLE registration. Failed to register program successfully"
When I press OK everything seems to be running ok allow not all existing DTP files are recognising that they should be opened by publisher
