when i exe, the game speed thief program you told me to run as adminstrator but when i exe it it cannot run,the window shows a blank screen.why is this so and how to run it?

Try setting the program to run in Windows 98/ME compatibility mode:

Right click on the shortcut to Speed Thief
Select "Properties"
Click the "Compatibility" tab
Tick the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
From the drop down box choose "Windows 98 / Windows ME"

Hopefully when you run the program as administrator now the program should run.
