3D Globe installation

Hi,

I have installed the 3D Globe softwrae and when I start the 3D Globe application it keep asking for 1st disk although it's already inserted in disk drive, any idea why this and how to solve this problem.

There are two possibilities that spring to mind:

- Do you have more than one CD drive in your computer? For some reason 3D Globe requires that the 1st CD is placed in the same drive that you installed the program from, so try putting the CD in a different drive if you have more than one.

- Is the CD itself OK? If there are any scratches then this can cause the disk to become unreadable.
