Publisher 4.6 Failure to install

I have downloaded my purchased copy of Publisher 4.6 twice. Once using Greenstreet's own download manager and once using Internet Explorer. Both times I get to the 'install' option when a wizard loads. This is a screen which says a virtual CD will be created and when finished it will load software from there. There are two buttons, one says 'FINISH' the other 'CANCEL'. Sometimes the cancel button works, but on no occasion does anything happen when the finish button is clicked, although reference to Task Manager shows that it is occupying 41% of the memory.

I have paid for this, and have not received it in working order, yet on examing the support section of the website it says no support is available. I don't think this is very satisfactory customer relations.

Where do I go from here?

Technical support is still available, we've just moved it here. Same friendly (and often slightly confused) faces as on the other end of the old email system.

I understand from our customer service team that you have managed to resolve the problem by double clicking the "Finish" button. I'm still rather confused why it happened as the buttons on the Virtual CD program should only need a single click regardless of the Windows folder settings. I will get our development team to look into the issue.

Thanks. Glad to know the old firm is still at work. I began using TimeWorks Lite in 1992 and have kept up with all of the changes and was not looking forward to having to use Microsoft Publisher if 4.6 had a problem. Enjoying using the latest version.
