Typing Instructor for Kids (Revised Edition) Music setting not working

Hi,
Have just bought this product which looks great. Son was enjoying using it, especially with the music, but the music suddenly turned off. Checked the settings to see that music was still 'on'. Despite restarting the computer the music is still not playing.

Anyone any idea what I can do to get this working. Unfortunately son doesn't want to use it as he says he only like it with the music!

Hi Lorraine,

We will certainly look in to this issue with the manufacturers. In the meantime can you confirm that the sound is working correctly still on your computer in other aspects - i.e. confirm that your speakers are not damaged or that you have inadvertantly muted the audio for the computer?
