Desk Calendars error
I have just received and installed my 'desk calendars' having brought it through Create and Craft shopping channel. It tells me there is an update available but I cannot install it, and I keep getting an application error stating it is unstable! What do I do to rectify this?

What operating system are you running?
Does it try to download and install the update, or does it download the update and then do nothing?

I am using Vista! It tries to download and install update but then comes up with the error so does neither!

I'm really sorry it has taken absolutely ages to reply.
It does seem to be failing in a very bizarre place.
There are two ways I can think of moving forward. The easiest way is for you to download the trial version of Art & Craft Studio from the Greenstreet Online website (http://greenstreet-online.com/downloads/art-and-craft/index.html) which will include all except the very latest update. So if you install this you should be able to update your software.
The other method is that I can talk you through downloading the updates manually, hopefully the first couple of them should fix the problem and let you do the updates automatically.
