art & craft greeting card software application error on windows 7 64 bit

I have recently installed a.&.c. greeting card software but when i try to open it a box comes up saying.(application error,a problem has developed with greenstreet art & craft which has prevented it from being able to continue running. this may be because you tried to perform an operation for which you did not have sufficent user privilages,or it may be an internal problem.) the other software on the disc called ( photo fx) that works ok. my computer is windows 7 64 bit,does anyone know the cause of my problem please.

There was a problem with the very first batch of CDs that were made, which meant that the install did not always work correctly on 64-bit operating systems.
The method we usually recommend is to downloads and install the trial version from our website http://greenstreet-online.com/downloads/art-and-craft/index.html.

Hopefully this should fix the problem.
