Art & Craft Studio T-Shirt Transfers

I've just bought the T-shirt transfer kit from Create & Craft and have tried 3 times to load it successfully without any satisfaction. It seems as if it has done it right but when I try to open it, it comes up with Application error and a report "bug to us" caption that doesn't work either!
I'm running Windows 7 and when I bought the Cd there was no mention that it wouldn't work with it, the telephone number is no good and no e-mail support - I was quite excited at buying this but what a letdown!! Can anyone help? Jacquie

Sorry you've had a problem installing

Are you running a 64 bit version of Windows 7?

If so this can usually be fixed by downloading and installing the trial version of Art And Craft from the Greenstreet website http://greenstreet-online.com/downloads/art-and-craft/index.html, and then installing your T-Shirts & Transfers CD.
