since getting the internet i cannot play yhe above game, i have tried twice to re-install it without success.

That is a very unusual issue.
My initial thoughts would be that when you connected to the internet Windows automatically updated itself, and one of these updates has caused the program to stop working.

Could you give me some more details about the problem - for instance does the game start and give an error message, or does it not run at all?

Also could you provide some information about your computer:
Operating System (e.g. Windows XP Service Pack 3)
Graphics Card (see our website to see how to find this out)
Version of DirectX

after uninstalling the game several times all i could play was 3 ball pool.
i have since disconnected the router and phone line, re-installed the game, tried it with success, re-connected the router etc and am now happy. many thanks for your trouble.
