Publisher 2.1 Power Text and Vista 64 Bit

I have Publisher version 2.1 which I have been using with Windows XP. Now I have upgraded to 64 bit Vista, I cannot get Power Text to work. Is there a fix for this?

Due to the nature of the changes that Microsoft made in Windows Vista, versions of the Publisher suites before version 4.5 will not run properly under Vista.

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to "patch" these products, especially Power Text due to the nature of the issues - Vista removed and replaced a number of key components that the products used to depend upon.
