Power text

Like my husband Dennis Hunt I have used Power text for some years, successfully, having got it working as he described we have had no cause to use until recently when it has returned to failure. Both in new and old documents it goes through to the working panel saying generating text but that is where it freezes. Any ideas?

I have both Publisher 4 and ultimate installed on windows 7.

Incidentally on my laptop [Windows XP] using either software it works fine.
