GST Timeworks Publisher 3

I use an old version of Timeworks 3 which saves files as *.dtp.

Is there a cheap or even free program which will allow me to access my existing files?

Greenstreet Publisher 4.x and 5 will be able to open them fine.

There are versions of Publisher 4.22 on Amazon for less than £10, but do note this isn't designed to work on Vista and Win 7.
The Vista and Win 7 compatible version of Publisher 4.6 and 5 go for £20 - £50, but I can't find anywhere to buy them at the moment.
