Which version of PT Office do you have: 2000, 2003, 2007?
The versions before 2007 (and the first edition of 2007) did not run well on Vista or Win 7.
In these cases you just had to make sure that you run the installation as Administrator (it should ask your permission to "elevate", if not tell me which version it is and I will be able to give you instructions).
The other thing is to just check that the file mentioned (C:\windows\system32\olepro32.dll) actually exists. It is a core part of Windows so it really should be.

Re: professor teaches install problem win vista or 7
I have to say I'm at a complete loss and not getting any help from this end.
The best I can suggest is to contact the developers of the Professor Teaches range of software directly. Their support website is http://www.individualsoftware.com/support/
Sorry I can't be any more help.
