Changes in personnel
Unfortunately, due to the current economic climate, Greenstreet have had to let me, Smee and a few other people go. There are no hard feelings from our side, it is the sensible thing for the company to do.
Customers shouldn't notice any difference at all, it is still business as normal for Greenstreet and people will be covering the jobs.
Me and Smee will still be on here answering as many questions as we can. Obviously there will be various things we can no longer do, in those circumstances we will pass on details to the relevant people at Greenstreet and try to get things sorted.
Hopefully the new technical support team will come and say hello to everyone at some point soon,

This is where I do get a bit frustrated it would take me one minute to (hopefully) sort your problem out before, but I have no access... ah well.
See my post on your other topic and we'll see what we can sort out (or I'll at least be able to know the right person to poke).

Thanks for the help.
You're a real trooper staying up late on a Saturday night helping a company you no longer work for.
I'll post my complaint(s) again and hope somebody there reads it.
Meanwhile, I think I'll try out Serif.
