Not receiving confirmation email?

I registered on the site yesterday but as yet have not received my confirmation email. I have tried requesting it again (four times) but still no luck, it is now saying that the server has recognised that I have re requested it and I cannot request again.
And no it is not in my junk box!
Oh and have emailed the company too!
