Publisher 4.23 and Windows 7

Can anyone confirm whether Publisher 4.23 will work in Windows 7?

Yes and no.

Publisher 4.23 is not compatible with either Windows Vista or Windows 7. However, there are various workarounds which will let you run just about everything OK. This involves using XP compatibility mode and running as administrator. The only issue being PowerText
