Could someone please advise if i will be able to create similar drawings to CAD drawings with the above software?

It depends on what sort of CAD you are looking to do. Draw 4 does not have some of the engineering design features like automatic dimension lines and only works in 2D or 2.5D (you can extrude 2D objects). However, it does include most other features you'd expect from a CAD package.
